YardGuardian helps homeowners create photorealistic landscape and garden design ideas from real yard photos.

Before Contacting Support

For the fastest help, please include:

What you were trying to create

Whether the issue happened during upload, generation, revision, export, purchase, or restore

Your app version and device type

Whether the design used a front yard, backyard, slope, shade, wet area, privacy, kid-friendly, pet-safe, or low-maintenance goal

Design Or Image Issues

If a generated design includes unrealistic plant placement, incorrect climate fit, odd object placement, or a poor photo result, please share the support info export from inside the app when available.

Support info helps troubleshoot generation, image, available-design, and retry issues without requiring you to send API keys, payment card numbers, passwords, or hidden technical details.

Do not send full payment card numbers, Apple ID passwords, API keys, or private photos unless support specifically requests a redacted image for troubleshooting.

Purchase Or Available Design Issues

If a purchase, subscription, restore, or available design count does not look right:

Open the paywall or account area and try Restore Purchases.

Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Send support the plan or available-design issue, approximate purchase time, and App Store receipt details if Apple provides them.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. YardGuardian can help troubleshoot access, restore, and entitlement issues, but Apple controls App Store billing and refund approval.

Photo Privacy

Your uploaded yard photos remain yours. Uploading a photo to YardGuardian does not transfer ownership rights to YardGuardian.

Photos are used to generate yard design previews, saved projects, exports, and planning notes. Do not upload photos that include sensitive personal information you do not want processed for design generation.

Landscape Planning Reminder

YardGuardian provides design ideas and planning guidance. Before installing plants, hardscape, grading changes, drainage, play equipment, fences, pools, lighting, irrigation, or structural features, verify details with qualified professionals and local requirements.
